Each of the two Committees was composed of ;?(a) several practitioners of the system' of medicine which was under consideration; (;??) several practitioners of scientific medicine; and (c) some representative laymen. We hope shortly to be able to comment on the reports themselves, but in view of the interest of the subject we have asked ourselves what kind of reports might have been expected to emanate
